We are a complementary team whose strengths lie in the extensive professional experience of our partners, gained through serving in elected legislative positions at both the municipal and national levels, as well as in executive roles within national and multinational companies and civil society organizations. This background has given us a deep understanding of the interactions between the public and private sectors, their processes, key players, and defining characteristics.

Sebastián García
Managing Partner
Economist from Bocconi University in Milan (2008). Extensive experience working in multinational companies in Italy, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates. Former National Deputy (2018–2023), where he chaired the Science and Technology Committee throughout his term. Currently, he serves as Vice President of the Paraguayan Entrepreneurs Association (ASEPY).
Sebastián Villarejo
Managing Partner
Lawyer. Master in International Advocacy from ISDE – Madrid (2010), former Councilman of Asunción (2015–2018), and former National Deputy (2018–2023), where he served as Vice President of the Legislation and Codification Committee and President of the Education Committee. He is currently an advisor to major associations and business groups.
Angel Almada Torras
Managing Partner
Lawyer. Master in Business Administration, specialized in Sustainability, ESG, and Negotiations. With over 25 years of experience, he has actively worked with civil society organizations, and the private and public sectors. Former Manager of Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability at Coca-Cola Paresa (2017-2025). He was President, Director and board member of several associations, corporate groups, and civil society organizations.
Christa Rivas
Public Affairs Analyst
Administrator with a focus on social value, with studies in Conflict Resolution and Human Rights. She has 10 years of experience as a legislative advisor and has worked in combating human trafficking. Currently, she leads the Feliciano Martínez Foundation, promoting the training of young political leaders. She is also a professor of Public Administration and Political Theory.
Diana Vazquez
Project Analyst
Economist from the National University of Asunción, with a Diploma in Public Policy. Has multisectoral experience spanning academia, non-profit organizations, and the private sector.
Dr. Alberto Poletti
Legal Adviser
Lawyer graduated from the National University of Asunción. Holds a Master’s and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Professor of Law at both national and international universities. Practicing attorney in the private sector. Author of books and articles on various areas of law. Partner at Vinclum Abogados & Consultores.
